IBNA offers, for a fee, feed products (compound feeds, vitamin-mineral premixes, and complementary feeds)* developed through its research activities. These products are formulated based on the latest scientific findings, tested on birds (pheasants, turkeys, quails), and verified for nutritional value and food safety (IBNA is SR ISO 9001 certified and authorized by the National Sanitary Veterinary and Food Safety Authority - ANSVSA).

Compound Feeds (CF)  These are blends of cereals with other protein ingredients, essential amino acids, mineral salts (e.g., feed-grade chalk, monocalcium phosphate), salt, vitamins, and trace elements, developed for birds such as pheasants, turkeys, and quails. Being complete products, they are administered directly as feed and provide nutritionally balanced rations tailored to the bird species they are designed for. Specialized CFs are aimed at farmers seeking to produce high-quality products (meat, eggs, etc.) or improve bird health.

Protein-Vitamin-Mineral Concentrates (PVMC) These are blends of protein-rich feed ingredients (soybean meal, sunflower meal, rapeseed meal, peas, etc.) combined with vitamins and minerals. These products are designed for farmers who can procure or grow their own cereals (corn, wheat, barley). By following the instructions on the packaging, farmers can ensure scientifically sound feeding of their birds (pheasants, turkeys, quails) without needing specialized knowledge, and achieve optimal growth under their specific rearing and maintenance conditions.

Vitamin-Mineral Premixes (ZOOFORTS) These are mixtures of vitamins and trace minerals on a cereal flour base (cornmeal, bran, etc.), structured to ensure that, when included in typical feed formulations for pheasants, turkeys, or quails, the necessary vitamins and minerals are fully covered. These products are suited for farmers who can supply both cereals and protein feeds (meals, etc.) themselves.

*In addition to the standard formulas (listed below), the institute can, upon request, develop customized recipes based on the beneficiaries’ available feed resources, or produce intervention premixes to address specific nutritional deficiencies.
