Funding Opportunities
INCDBNA has the capacity to develop projects—either as a partner or as coordinator—financed by the following entities: the Ministry of Research, the Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of European Funds, and the European Union.
Funding opportunities materialize as:
1. National Projects (government funding), with funds provided by:
- Ministry of Education and Research
Core Program (PN) with component projects, approx. €0.9–1 million/year. - Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development
Sectoral Program ADER (individual projects), estimated budget €0.5 million/year. - UEFISCDI (Executive Agency for Higher Education, Research, Development and Innovation Funding)
Programs: 5.1 – Ideas / 5.2 – Human Resources / 5.3 – High-Performance Research Organizations / 5.5 – Research Infrastructures / 5.6 – Challenges / 5.7 – Partnership for Innovation / 5.8 – European and International Cooperation / 5.9 – Research in Strategic Interest Areas / 5.10 – Science and Society.
2. International Projects (EU and other international funding):
- Projects funded by the European Commission:
LIFE / Horizon 2020 / COST network. - Bilateral cooperation programmes:
EEA & Norway Grants projects.
Note: The institute also generates non-public revenue from the commercialization of feed products and services (e.g., chemistry, biochemistry, and microbiology analyses).
